Serena: After the Cut

I sorta sequel to that drawing/commission I had where Serena was about to cut her hair but the wind blew and showed her panties. I think they got deleted by Deviantart now. 
As you can see, I reused the old background to get that point across. Anyway, it's just an excuse to draw Serena with short hair in her old outfit.
