Sanctuary

Do you still remember when we first met? In the days of our youth, in the presence of flowers and green grass. There, we first started to dream and rhyme.

In a memory of a time long ago. there was this song that was often played on radio. An oldies tune, regarding a certain shelter or "sanctuary" as it was called, that two young lovers, children, once played and frolicked in, and where they dreamed and made verses. But they grew up, and then sanctuary was no longer there.

In the latter days of the Team Flare Arc, I listened nearly the entirety of my time listening to old tunes of my far away youth, and thought that this song fits a certan situation. And so, this piece was drawn.

This is the second time I tried in earnest to use a pseudo-watercolor style, which I believe would suit it.
