Chic Serena

You may have seen the first version of this around the Internet. It was originally a delivery for the Drawthread for 4chan's Anime and Manga board, also known as /a/, requesting Serena wearing an outfit worn by a model from some sort of Korean chic fashion catalog. It was delivered/finished on February 20, 2017 but I later had problems with not only with Serena's appearance but the background, specifically the water.  The sky was originally overcast and gloomy as the background is specifically based on a picture I took during my vacation the previous year. Hear it is bright and shiny.
